The ice flower
On Mt. Kilimanjaro at 19,000 feet altitude, the Ice flower (Helichrysum citrispinum) grows despite some of the harshest conditions in the world. It proves that resiliency is an important part of healing and growth. Its adaptation and will to survive teaches us that even under the most extreme conditions, life finds a way.
